Theories Of Everythin With Curt Jaimungal N.2

Artist’s description

The quest for a Theorie of Everything is represented by a world of ascending, sometimes paradoxical structures, whose multiplicity parallels that of the multiple ways in which finding a TOE has been attempted. The overall aspect of this scene is reminiscent of the platonic world with notes of Escher, surrealism, and mathematical realism, where a variety of simple geometrical forms serve as the building blocks of the represented reality. Taking a few exposures of Curt in different poses, the idea would be to place him both at the center of the scene andΒ inΒ some other locations, to somehow show him as an explorer, and at the same time, as a creator.Β  Along with this, by Curt being portrayed in multiple locations of an otherwise empty world, perhaps the image will also convey his solipsistic angst. Moreover, the ethereal, somewhat oniric aesthetics of the image may also be able to point to the idea that ultimate reality could be, in the end, a product of the mind at large. A β€˜dream’.
